Best Self is seeking a Housing Specialist to help homeless mentally ill individuals obtain safe housing and maintain stability in their residences. You will coordinate with housing agencies, assess eligibility for government housing programs, and support clients in daily living skills as part of the Homeless Services Housing Team.
