KIPP NYC is seeking a School Social Worker for an elementary program across NYC. The role focuses on the emotional, social, academic and character growth of students, with strong collaboration with families and school staff.
Responsibilities include counseling, crisis intervention, coordinating referrals for IEPs, partnerships with external agencies, and supporting students toward high school graduation and college matriculation. LMSW or LCSW required;
Spanish fluency preferred.
