An affordable housing organization is seeking a Licensed Social Worker (LMSW or LCSW) to provide on-site supportive services to residents and promote long-term housing stability. This role is ideal for someone with experience in affordable or supportive housing who is passionate about helping individuals maintain successful tenancies and access essential community resources.

• Serve as the primary point of contact for residents requiring supportive services.
• Conduct resident assessments, develop individualized service plans, and monitor ongoing progress.
• Coordinate move-ins, tenant orientations, and regular wellness check-ins.
• Connect residents with community resources, including healthcare, benefits, employment, financial assistance, and mental health services.
• Work closely with property management to address tenancy issues and help prevent evictions.
• Provide crisis intervention, conflict resolution, and mediation when needed.
• Assist residents with housing subsidy compliance, recertifications, and rent-related concerns.
• Maintain accurate case notes, reports, and documentation in compliance with program requirements.
• Collaborate with government agencies, service providers, and community organizations to ensure residents receive appropriate support.

• Active New York State LMSW or LCSW license.
• Master's Degree in Social Work (MSW).
• Experience working in affordable housing, supportive housing, or a similar housing-based program is required.
• Strong knowledge of housing resources, government assistance programs, and tenant support services.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and conflict-resolution skills.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating with property management and external partners.
