New Destiny Housing Corporation in the Bronx, NY is seeking a full-time Case Manager to provide on-site services at the Morris residence. You will coordinate care for 20–25 tenants, connect families to housing, health, and education resources, and develop wellness plans with the Program Director.
Two weekly late shifts are required, with strong organizational and communication skills. A Bachelor's degree is required; bilingual Spanish/English is strongly preferred.
