Bowery Residents' Committee (BRC) is seeking a field-based clinician/case manager for the Metropolitan Apartment Program (MAP). You will work in clients' apartments in NYC, manage a caseload, and provide support in housing-based recovery.
Responsibilities include intake, developing service plans, counseling, ADL training, and coordinating community referrals. Travel to Brooklyn and Queens is required; on-call shifts and collaboration with an interdisciplinary team are expected.
