DREAM is seeking a Family Social Worker to support elementary and middle school families in NYC. You will manage a defined caseload, provide direct case management and counseling, and collaborate with teachers and administrators to improve student attendance and engagement.
Responsibilities include data-driven decision making, home visits, and coordinating with external resources. A Master’s in Social Work and NY licensure are preferred; bilingual Spanish is highly valued.
