Location: New York
HANAC, Inc. in Astoria, NY, is seeking a Part-Time Case Worker for the JVL Older Adult Center. The hourly, non-exempt role is 28 hours per week with a schedule Mon-Thu 9:00am–2:30pm and Fri 9:00am–3:30pm (30 min lunch).
The Case Worker supports the Program Director, performs needs assessments, helps seniors navigate entitlements, and documents client interactions. A high school diploma is required; bilingual Spanish or Greek is preferred.
