US is seeking a Diversion Specialist for our homeless prevention program in New York. You will assess shelter applicants, coordinate intake, and develop individualized housing plans to support housing stability.
This in-person role requires knowledge of homelessness and related services, plus proficiency with CARES and Microsoft Office. A Bachelor’s in Human Service or equivalent experience is preferred.
