ACMH-INC seeks a Young Adult Peer Advocate to perform community outreach on streets in Upper Manhattan & the Bronx, coordinating needs as youths move from street to home and improving daily living skills. Reports to Team Leader, Young Adult SOS Team – North.
Schedule:
Mon–Fri, 9:00am–5:00pm;
Salary: $57,150 plus benefits.
Position focuses on advocacy, support, and navigating healthcare inequities, with emphasis on Positive Youth Development and real-world skill-building.
