Good Shepherd Services is seeking a Peer Outreach Worker to conduct street outreach and provide on-the-spot referrals to youth and young adults who are homeless or s role emphasizes a credible messenger approach built on lived experience with homelessness.
Based in NYC with mobile van coverage across Harlem and Brooklyn, the position offers 35 hours per week, non-exempt, with an annual salary of $43k-$48k depending on experience. Bilingual English/Spanish is preferred.
