Goddard Riverside Community Center is seeking a Housing Outreach Specialist to engage adults experiencing street homelessness using harm-reduction outreach. You will serve as a case manager guiding clients toward transitional and permanent housing, working across teams and partner agencies to achieve placement goals.
Multiple shifts available (8am-4pm or 9am-5pm). The role emphasizes collaboration with the Uptown and Downtown programs to support New Yorkers in need.
