Community Habilitation Counselor – Part Time

You must have a valid NY State or out-of-state driver's license and a HS diploma/GED to be considered for this position. You must have your own vehicle for transporting the person supported when necessary.

The pay rate for this position is $19.00-$20.42 per hour, or higher depending on years of experience working in NYS OPWDD programs.

• Participate in training and provide supervision to the individual while incorporating the use of community resources.
• Maintain ongoing communication with the Community Habilitation Coordinator and attend scheduled meetings as required.
• Implement and monitor valued outcome goals with the Individuals.
