CAMBA is seeking a Family Resource/Support Specialist to support Healthy Families program families in New York City. You will administer the FROG Scale to identify strengths and risks, build trusting relationships, and help families access resources.
Provide regular in-home visits (up to several years), assess needs, develop plans with client input, and document services and referrals. Bilingual Haitian Kreyol is highly preferred.
