Location: New York
Heart Share is seeking a Home Finding Coordinator for the Nuevo Camino program in Brooklyn, NY. You will support 38 unaccompanied minors aged 5-12 by ensuring safe, nurturing foster homes and compliant documentation across agency and government standards.
The role requires bilingual Spanish, a Bachelor’s degree, and at least two years in child welfare or related fields. You’ll train and guide foster families and collaborate with partners to empower refugee youth.
