Lantern Community Services is seeking an experienced Shift Supervisor for a single male adult shelter in Queens. You will oversee shift operations, supervise Residential Aides, and coordinate with Social Services and Security to ensure safe service delivery.
Required:
high school diploma or GED, 3+ years shelter experience, 1+ year supervisory experience, and MS Word/Excel proficiency. Fire Safety and Food Handler certs or ability to obtain are expected within specified time frames.
