Location: New York
ACMH’s Sabra Goldman House in Queens Village seeks a Senior Case Manager/Case Manager to coordinate case management and deliver community rehabilitation services. The role reports to the Program Director and requires managing an extensive client caseload with a focus on psychiatric care access and housing support.
Work is on-site with evening schedules. Salary ranges reflect two site levels:
Senior CM around $60,355 and Case Manager around $52,081, with generous benefits and a commitment to
