Location: New York
Women In Need (Win) seeks an Affordable Housing Specialist-Resident Coordinator to support permanent housing for shelter families. You will coordinate housing services, lead applications, and help families access current housing resources in NYC.
You will build partnerships with brokers and landlords, facilitate housing workshops, and collaborate with case managers to craft permanent housing strategies and plans. This role requires travel and bilingual English/Spanish proficiency.
