Location: Wading River
Community Housing Innovations (CHI) is seeking a Housing Services Specialist to support clients in achieving stable housing and independence in Wading River, NY. You will enforce regulations, develop ILPs, provide counseling, referrals, and advocacy to individuals and families in supervised housing programs.
Responsibilities include building a referral network, coordinating with DSS, assisting with budgets and resumes, conducting face-to-face meetings, inspecting units, and documenting progress.
