Location: New York
Community Housing Innovations (CHI) in NYC Bronx seeks a Social Worker to develop and execute service and care plans for residents, fostering stabilization, independence, and skill development.
You will assess resident needs, provide direct services, coordinate with case managers, and connect residents to external resources, including health, housing, and employment supports.
Schedule:
Mon–Fri, 8am–4pm;
Salary: $66,300 annually.
