TRAVEL REIMBURSEMENT

Travel between assessment locations will be reimbursed. This includes mileage for personal vehicle use.

What You’ll Do
  • Conduct in-person CAS assessments in homes and community-based settings.
  • Travel throughout the assigned region to meet with individuals, families, and caregivers.
  • Use a person-centered approach to assess needs, strengths, and support requirements.
  • Interview caregivers, service providers, and other stakeholders to gather accurate information.
  • Review relevant records and incorporate multiple data sources to support assessment coding.
  • Enter data into state-mandated systems and ensure timely, accurate documentation.
  • Maintain productivity and quality standards as outlined by the program.
