seeking an enthusiastic and dependable Technology Center Coordinator to oversee our Technology Center and create a fun, safe, and engaging environment for youth.
Grenville Baker Boys & Girls Club has been a vital part of the community for over 70 years and serves 150-200 children a day with programs that provide opportunities to develop skills for a successful transition from childhood through adolescence and into adulthood. Programs are designed to channel youthful energy and curiosity into constructive activities that address today's most pressing youth issues.
Core areas cover Education & Career Development, Health & Life Skills, Character & Leadership Development, The Arts, and Sports, Fitness & Recreation.

- Oversee the daily operations of the Technology Center.
- Supervise members while promoting a safe, inclusive, and engaging environment.
- Monitor internet usage to ensure safe and appropriate online activity.
- Maintain computers, gaming systems, and other technology equipment.
- Plan and facilitate gaming tournaments and technology-based activities.
- Introduce members to technology, digital literacy, and collaborative learning experiences.
- Serve as a positive role model and mentor for youth.
Part-Time: Monday – Friday, 3:00 PM – 7:00 PM
Qualifications- Demonstrated ability and interest in youth development.
- Experience working with children in a camp, school, after-school, or similar setting.
- Interest in technology, gaming, esports, or STEM education.
- Experience with or knowledge of esports is a plus.
- Basic computer troubleshooting and technology skills preferred.
- Strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills.
- Reliable, enthusiastic, and able to work independently while fostering a positive environment.
