Win is seeking a mission-driven Social Service Supervisor to lead and support a team of Case Managers within our Transitional Housing programs. In this role, you will ensure high-quality, trauma-informed services are delivered to families experiencing homelessness while promoting best practices, staff development, program compliance, and successful client outcomes. You will play a critical leadership role in helping families achieve stability, independence, and permanent housing.

WHAT

YOU WILL DO
  • Supervise, coach, and develop Case Managers to ensure the delivery of high-quality, client-centered services
  • Lead multidisciplinary case conferences and provide crisis intervention support for families with complex needs
  • Champion the use of Evidence-Based Practices, Motivational Interviewing, and Trauma-Informed Care throughout program operations
  • Monitor case management services, client assessments, Individualized Living Plans, and documentation to ensure compliance and quality standards
  • Audit CARES records and client charts to maintain DHS, OTDA, and Win audit readiness
  • Build and maintain partnerships with community providers to connect families with housing, mental health, substance use, and supportive services
  • Develop workshops, facilitate client engagement activities, and support housing-focused programming
  • Serve as a key member of the leadership team by providing operational oversight, participating in housing initiatives, and supporting program services in the absence of the Program Director
WHO YOU WILL BE

You will hold an MSW or related degree

3–5 years of experience providing counseling, case management, or residential services to families and individuals experiencing homelessness

You will bring prior supervisory experience or demonstrated leadership capabilities in a social services environment

You will have strong knowledge of Evidence-Based Practices (EBP), Motivational Interviewing (MI), and Trauma-Informed Care (TIC)

You will demonstrate experience supporting vulnerable populations, including survivors of domestic violence and individuals facing mental health, substance use, and housing challenges

You will possess exceptional organizational, communication, and documentation skills

You will have working knowledge of entitlement systems and community-based resources
