Thurs–Mon 3:00pm - 12:00am / Tues & Wed Off

Delaware Valley Job Corps is an education and training center located in beautiful Callicoon, NY. We use student-focused programs to ensure successful training and employment placement for every individual we serve.

• Lead and coordinate residential advisors on assigned shifts
• Maintain a safe, structured, and positive dormitory environment
• Supervise student behavior and support conflict resolution
• Assist with training and evaluating residential living staff
• Complete student reports, passes, evaluations, and documentation
• Coordinate dorm activities, competitions, and leadership programs
• Communicate with student families when needed
• Conduct dorm inspections and oversee cleanliness and safety
• Mentor students and model career success standards
• Support and enforce job corps' zero tolerance policy

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• 1+ year of job corps or related youth program experience
• Leadership, communication, and conflict-resolution skills
• Ability to supervise staff and mentor students effectively
• Valid in-state driver's license preferred
• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs
