We are looking for experienced mental health professionals specializing in trauma and abuse among children and adolescents to support an AI training and evaluation project focused on sensitive mental-health scenarios.

The role involves reviewing case-based content, assessing AI-generated guidance, and contributing expert feedback to ensure responses are clinically accurate, trauma-informed, ethical, and appropriate for vulnerable young people
. No prior AI experience is required.

Contractor

Remote - GLOBAL

Candidates should have advanced clinical credentials and substantial experience working directly with young survivors of abuse.

• Review case-based scenarios involving child and adolescent abuse and trauma
  .
• Evaluate AI-generated mental-health guidance for clinical accuracy, safety, and appropriateness.
• Identify gaps, harmful assumptions, or clinically weak recommendations.
• Apply trauma-informed care principles to content and evaluation tasks.
• Contribute to best-practice guidance for supporting young abuse survivors.
• Review content for ethical and safeguarding considerations.
• Provide structured feedback to improve AI training data and model outputs.
• Participate in iterative quality reviews with multidisciplinary teams.
• Document recommendations clearly and consistently.

• Completed MD, PhD in Psychology, or PhD in Social Work

• Extensive clinical experience working with children or adolescents who are victims of abuse
  .
• Strong expertise in trauma-informed care and interventions
  .
• Current or recent clinical engagement with vulnerable youth.
• Strong clinical judgment in complex trauma and abuse-related cases.
• Ability to evaluate mental-health guidance for safety, ethics, and appropriateness.
• Strong written communication skills.
• Strong commitment to confidentiality, safeguarding, and professional ethics.
