** The SNAP Nutritional Navigator provides direct, community based assistance to eligible individuals and families to facilitate enrollment in the Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program (SNAP). This role focuses on delivering targeted outreach, conducting initial eligibility pre-screenings, and guiding clients step by step through the application and enrollment process. The Navigator ensures accurate document verification, supports clients through mandatory recertifications, and maintains consistent follow-up to resolve barriers to benefits.

* ** Frequency and reach of community outreach activities**

**** The Navigator operates under the direct supervision of the Senior Benefits Access Manager and works in close coordination with the broader Benefits Access leadership team.
