Manna Of Life Ministries Inc is looking for a compassionate and dedicated Residential Advisor to join our team in The Bronx, NY. In this meaningful role, you'll provide direct support and guidance to residents, helping them navigate daily life and work toward personal growth. • Supervise and support residents in daily living activities and routines
• Provide crisis intervention and conflict resolution as needed
• Maintain accurate resident records, logs, and incident reports
• Enforce facility rules and guidelines to ensure a safe and structured environment
• Conduct regular check-ins and monitor resident well-being
• Collaborate with case managers, counselors, and program staff to support resident goals
• Facilitate group activities, house meetings, and community-building events

• High school diploma or GED required;
  Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Human Services or related field preferred
• Prior experience in residential care, social services, or a related setting preferred
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to remain calm and professional in high-pressure or crisis situations
• Empathetic, patient, and committed to serving vulnerable populations
• Ability to work flexible shifts, including evenings, weekends, or overnight
• CPR/First Aid certification a plus
