BRC is seeking a Community Technician to provide a stable, trusted presence for individuals experiencing homelessness, supporting them through crises and transitions. The role is full-time, 37.5 hours per week, with 24/7 program and mandatory overtime; no prior shelter experience required—just judgment, empathy, and composure.
You’ll monitor, engage residents with trauma-informed approaches, screen, document, support safety, and participate in training and certifications offered by BRC.
