LAUKOA is seeking a Case Manager to support the New York Army National Guard in maintaining accurate medical and dental records and assisting Soldiers with their documentation and readiness programs. The role requires a CAC/NACI background check and willingness to travel within New York State.
The position is full-time, on-site in Watervliet, NY, with a Monday–Friday schedule and occasional weekend travel. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and MODS modules is essential.
