The Osborne Association's Reentry Works unit seeks a Transitional Planner I in Newburgh to coordinate reentry services, assess needs, and connect participants with community resources prior to release from NYS prisons.
This hybrid role requires transporting participants to NYC, arranging release-day support, and collaborating with DOCCS and service providers. A valid NY driver’s license and willingness to travel Hudson Valley are essential;
Spanish language skills are preferred.
