Catholic Charities Brooklyn and Queens, Inc. is seeking a Case Manager II to provide professional intervention for clients at risk of homelessness, including intake, crisis intervention, and comprehensive case management.
The role focuses on assessment, information and referral, and short- and long-term financial assistance within our Homebase program across Brooklyn and Queens. Ideal candidates hold a BS in Human Services, at least one year in social services, and may speak Spanish.
