OverviewWe are partnering with multiple capital markets fintech platforms building mission-critical products used by global financial institutions. These teams are scaling core systems across regulatory technology, market infrastructure, and real-time financial data platforms.
We are seeking Senior Full Stack Engineers to design, build, and own high-impact features across modern web applications and distributed backend systems. This role offers strong technical ownership, close collaboration with product teams, and exposure to complex financial systems.
Responsibilities- Design, develop, and maintain full stack applications in production financial systems
- Develop scalable backend services and APIs supporting real-time workflows
- Collaborate closely with Product and UX to translate requirements into technical solutions
- Contribute to system architecture, scalability, and long-term platform design
- Write clean, maintainable, and well-tested code
- Mentor engineers and participate in technical decision-making
- 6+ years of professional full stack engineering experience
- Extensive experience with React
- Backend experience with Node.js
- Experience designing and consuming RESTful APIs
- Solid understanding of application architecture and performance
- Java and Spring Boot experience
- Cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
- SQL and No
SQL databases - Experience in fintech, capital markets, or complex financial domains
- Ownership of meaningful, high-impact fintech products
- Exposure to real-time, enterprise-scale financial systems
