The Role 浦 group>- Build and enhance a familiar, calendar‑like interface that enables managers to schedule their agents and handle complex scheduling needs.
- Provide schedule pages for agents to view assignments, request changes, take time off or swaps, and manage overtime to ensure transparency and flexibility for everyone on the team.
- Develop forecasting interfaces, data pipelines, and inference servers to predict support contact volume and determine the optimal number of support agents required for specific days and times.
- Design and implement interfaces to collect and store team preferences and customer business constraints, enabling the creation of optimal schedules for thousands of support agents based on forecasts and constraints.
- Lead the technical architecture and implementation of new projects and features, scope projects and advise the design, product management, and leadership teams on technical details.
- Provide technical mentorship to the engineering team and advise on systems design, engineering best practices, and managing technical debt.
- Participate in design and code reviews and act as the go‑to person to unblock technical challenges for your team.
- Act as the subject‑matter expert and provide guidance to internal partners and customers.
- 5+ years of experience in software engineering as an individual contributor in a full‑stack environment.
- You’re excited about working on all parts of the stack: comfortable hopping between Typescript/React in the frontend and Go in the backend and also AWS infrastructure.
- < LIMIT> (500) Product sense: worked with product and design team to turn ambiguous problems into technical stories.
- Technical leadership: able to make well‑thought‑through technical trade‑offs and have led code reviews or design conversations.
- Experience leading a team of engineers as a technical lead or senior team member responsible for the technical direction of a project.
- Mentorship: helped mentor and coach other engineers who achieved demonstrable improvement.
The estimated salary range for this hardcore is $135,000-$280,000 per year. Stock options are provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and other benefits.
