Walk Me is looking for a Sr. Backend Developer, a hands‑on problem solver, to join our DeepUI group. We are developing Walk Me’s revolutionary runtime engine and transforming the online experience for hundreds of millions of users. Our proprietary AI–based technology is bringing the world's leading digital adoption platform to the next level by understanding and interacting in real time with graphical user interfaces at a human level.

• Design and build the latest back‑end solutions for the rapidly evolving domain of GUI perception.
• Develop and maintain complex backend cloud services and infrastructure across multiple regions.
• Design architecture for new services and implement through to production.
• Implement and own end‑to‑end solutions that will scale to millions of users.
• Participate in fast‑paced research while running in production—a rare and exciting combination.
• Advance the world one step closer to Artificial General Intelligence.
• Help build Walk Me’s engineering culture.
• Investigate, implement, and share new technologies and ideas.
• End‑to‑end development of features and systems used daily by key stakeholders, both internally and externally.

• B.Sc. degree in Computer Science from a leading university.
• 5+ years of professional software development and technical leadership experience.
• 5+ years of experience in server‑side development with Node.js / Type Script.
• Experience designing and developing large distributed systems and microservices architecture.
• Experience working with Postgre
  
  SQL or other SQL‑based databases.
• Experience working with AWS cloud infrastructure.
• Experience with CI/CD and production deployments and provisioning.
• Strong focus on software development best practices and high‑quality design.

• Role supports our Federal business—US citizenship is required.
• Hybrid work model: 3 days a week in our SAP NYC office.

Base salary range: $90,000 - $125,000 per annum, dependent on location, experience, and market conditions. Eligible for performance bonuses and a comprehensive benefits package.
