About the Role & Responsibilities- Build key features used by cities, counties, and states, impacting millions of people.
- Incorporate user feedback across America.
- Partner with customers and product team to shape product features and vision.
- Contribute to a platform that leverages AI to transform constituent‑government interactions.
- Work with a stack of React/Type Script and Django/Python; experience in either is not required.
- Our team is based in Chelsea, NYC and is an in‑person team.
- Experience in full‑stack web development.
- Strong back‑end development skills.
- Experience building enterprise or consumer software.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with non‑technical teams.
- Comfort delivering software in a fast‑paced startup environment.
- Interest in applying technology to improve state and local government.
