Senior Firmware Engineers ARM

Overview

Seeking consultants that will design and develop embedded firmware for IoT devices, targeting ARM Cortex-M micro controllers as well as:

• Develop secure boot and firmware update mechanisms, ensuring robust and reliable device operation.
• Debug, test, and validate firmware on target hardware, using J-Link, Oscilloscope and logic analyzers.
• Security-focused system design, secure boot, and trusted execution environments.
• Memory partitioning and isolation in ARM Cortex-M micro controllers.

• Design and develop embedded firmware for IoT devices targeting ARM Cortex-M microcontrollers.
• Implement secure boot and firmware update mechanisms.
• Debug, test, and validate firmware on target hardware using J-Link, oscilloscopes, and logic analyzers.
• Apply security-focused system design including secure boot and trusted execution environments.
• Plan memory partitioning and isolation for ARM Cortex-M microcontrollers.

• Must have 10+ years of experience working in the US for US companies.
• Must have 10+ years of experience developing applications in C, C++, and C#.
• 7+ years of recent experience utilizing C/C++ for low-level driver development.
• 7+ years of recent experience with embedded firmware development for embedded systems.
• Solid experience with ARMv8/ARMv9 architecture, including virtualization extensions.
• 7+ years of recent experience designing, coding, debugging and evaluating security methodologies using ARM Trust Zone frameworks.
• Must have 7+ years of experience designing and developing embedded firmware for IoT devices, targeting ARM Cortex-M microcontrollers.
• Must have 7+ years of experience with ARM Trust Zone and Trusted Firmware-M (TF-M) for secure firmware partitioning.
• Must have 7+ years of experience using J-Link, oscilloscopes, and logic analyzers to debug, test, and validate firmware on target hardware.
• 5+ years of recent experience with RTOS environments (e.g., FreeRTOS, Zephyr).
• Experience with security-focused system design, secure boot, and trusted execution environments.
• Experience with ARM Trust Zone and Trusted Firmware-M (TF-M) for secure firmware partitioning.
