This company is building a next-generation, AI-driven lifestyle operating system designed for individuals operating at the very top of their fields — founders, elite performers, and creative leaders — to systematically maximize performance and decision-making.

The platform is backed by experienced operators and early investors with a history of building and exiting category-defining consumer and technology businesses, alongside globally recognized athletes from top professional sports leagues. The team’s mission is to redefine what high-performance living looks like in an AI-native world, blending intelligence, personalization, and execution into a single operating layer.

They’re looking to bring in a Founding Backend Engineer to join at a crucial time in the growth of this company. This is a chance to staple your name onto a product and company that is almost certain to have a strong ROI.

Compensation can get close to $350k in cash with Founding Equity
on top.

The culture being targeted here is someone who’s sharp and been a part of a very early stage startup or built up own.

• Hands-on experience building and maintaining production-grade systems.
• 3+ years of backend/ full-stack engineering experience with a focus on backend.
• Excited by startups, complex problem-solving, and creating industry-defining technology
• BS in Computer Science or similarly related field

Python, Django (Must be well versed), Distributed Job Queues, Infrastructure as Code.

GCP, Cloud SQL, GKE, and Cloud Logging.

This role will compensate very competitively for a startup at their size. Compensation Package will include base ($250-350k) + a extremely competitive equity portion.
