Software Engineer, Product

We're looking for a Staff Software Engineer to help build and evolve a core product for a growing technology platform. This role sits at the intersection of product and engineering and is ideal for someone who enjoys working across the stack, turning real customer problems into well‑crafted features, and owning work from discovery through delivery.

You’ll operate with a high degree of ownership, collaborate closely with design and engineering partners, and help drive progress through ambiguous problem spaces.

• Design and deliver end‑to‑end product features across frontend and backend systems
• Translate user and business needs into scalable, maintainable software solutions
• Collaborate closely with designers to refine interactions and improve product quality
• Take ownership of ambiguous initiatives, defining scope, milestones, and outcomes
• Work directly with stakeholders to iterate on features and ensure strong product fit
• Contribute to technical and architectural decisions as the product evolves

• 3‑7 years of professional experience as a full stack software engineer
• Proven experience owning features or projects end‑to‑end
• Strong understanding of web application architecture across frontend, backend, and data layers
• Experience building user‑facing products in collaborative environments
• Product‑oriented mindset with the ability to balance speed, quality, and usability
• Comfortable navigating ambiguity and working cross‑functionally

• Experience working on complex or evolving product surfaces
• Exposure to AI‑enabled, data‑intensive, or platform‑style products
• Experience in fast‑paced or early‑stage environments
