• Lead development of outbound calling schedulers and orchestration services.
• Build and maintain webhook handling, Eleven Labs integrations, and real-time warm-transfer notifications.
• Ensure reliable, low-latency execution of voice workflows at scale.

• Own Salesforce-backed workflows using SOQL, REST, and Composite APIs.
• Design and maintain record search/update logic, authentication flows, and token management.
• Partner closely with Salesforce admins to implement scalable, maintainable business logic.

• Maintain and evolve pipelines that trigger outbound email workflows based on Salesforce updates and submission logic.
• Improve reliability, observability, and performance of CRM-driven email journeys.

• Improve latency, resiliency, and fault tolerance across services.
• Implement best practices for idempotency, retries/backoff, logging, monitoring, and alerting.
• Own operational excellence across AWS Lambda-based services.

• Shape and evolve our event-driven AWS architecture.
• Drive technical standards, design decisions, and long-term platform strategy.
• Ensure systems are scalable, maintainable, and secure.

• Work closely with product, sales, operations, and Salesforce teams to translate business requirements into robust technical solutions.
• Act as a trusted technical partner across the organization.

• Set and uphold code quality standards.
• Review high-impact changes and document systems clearly.
• Mentor engineers and support hiring as the team grows.

• 5+ years of backend engineering experience owning production systems end-to-end.
• Strong proficiency in Node.js/Type Script and Python, with comfort working across both.
• Hands‑on experience with AWS (Lambda, API Gateway, Dynamo
  
  DB, Cloud Watch).
• Deep experience integrating with third‑party APIs;
  Salesforce (SOQL, REST, OAuth) experience is a strong plus.
• Solid understanding of distributed systems, async workflows, debugging, and performance tuning.
• High ownership mindset with the ability to lead and scale a mission‑critical platform.

• Experience with telephony or voice APIs (Twilio, Eleven Labs).
• Familiarity with email systems (Send Grid, SES) and CRM‑driven automation.
• Experience building real‑time systems (Web Sockets, push notifications).
• Prior startup or small‑team technical leadership experience.
