The company powers billions in digital asset tracking across multiple exchanges and wallets, and has established partnerships across the broader fintech and blockchain ecosystem. Their mission is to make digital finance transparent, accessible, and stress-free for everyone.
Key Responsibilities:
- Cross-functional collaboration:
Work closely with Product, Design, and Engineering to shape roadmap priorities, define user experiences, and influence product direction. - Full-stack ownership:
Take features end-to-end from prototyping and exploration to implementation, launch, and iteration. - Technical execution:
Build scalable, reliable systems, solving challenges in performance, architecture, and security. - Continuous improvement:
Improve infrastructure, codebase, and development practices while ensuring a balance between quality and speed. - Technical leadership:
Contribute to architectural decisions, engineering standards, and team growth through hiring support and mentoring.
What Were Looking For:
- 5+ years of software development experience as an individual contributor.
- Background in 01 product development and engineering systems.
- Strong CS fundamentals: algorithms, data structures, distributed systems, and system design.
- Backend-leaning product engineers strongly preferred, but React experience is welcome for frontend-focused candidates.
- Proficiency with object-oriented programming languages (Python, Java, Golang, Ruby, etc.).
- Experience in Web3, fintech, or companies with a startup-like, fast-paced culture.
- Ability to thrive both autonomously and in collaborative settings.
- Genuine interest in the digital assets/finance domain.
- Availability to overlap with core hours of 9 AM 12 PM PT.

This is not a staff/principal-level or people management role.
