Compensation: $210K $270K USD base (depending on experience, location, and equity)

We’re looking for a Senior Frontend Engineer (React Native) to help design and build next-generation decentralized trading interfaces. You’ll take ownership of core user experiences, working across design, backend, and product teams to create responsive, performant, and elegant web applications used by thousands of active traders daily.

You’ll contribute to shaping the technical roadmap of a platform processing billions in on-chain trading volume, while setting standards for quality, usability, and reliability in the DeFi space.

• Build and enhance key features for the company’s decentralized trading application.
• Work closely with designers to develop responsive, high-performance user interfaces.
• Take end-to-end ownership of user experiences from concept and implementation to deployment.
• Collaborate with backend and infrastructure teams to ensure seamless integration and reliability.
• Interface with blockchain technologies to create new decentralized trading experiences.
• Uphold best practices for code quality, maintainability, and performance.

Required Qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience (or equivalent technical background) in frontend engineering within a top tech company or startup.
• Proven track record building and maintaining production-grade web or mobile applications.
• Ability to build accessible, responsive, and high-performance interfaces.
• Demonstrated ownership of impactful features or products deployed at scale.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience shipping high-quality products in finance, trading, or security-sensitive sectors.
• Proficiency with CSS preprocessors (LESS, SASS) and JS bundlers (Webpack).
• Experience with additional state management libraries or modern frameworks.
• Understanding of DeFi, blockchain, or Web3 technologies.
• Familiarity with modern frontend stacks such as Type Script, Next.js, or Tailwind.
