Location: New York, NY (Onsite, 5 days/week)

Compensation: $80K–$95K base

About the RoleWe re looking for a Full Stack Engineer who’s excited to build in the real world — quickly, collaboratively, and with purpose. We already have tens of thousands of active users and are sprinting toward hundreds of thousands. This is a rare opportunity to help define the engineering foundation of a product with massive real-world impact.
This is not a traditional 9–5 job. It’s fast, dynamic, and intense — and it’s ideal for someone who wants to be in the arena building something truly meaningful.
What You’ll Do- Build full-stack product features — from front-end interfaces to backend systems.
- Design intuitive, scalable user experiences that educate and empower patients.
- Architect secure, reliable infrastructure that can scale as our user base grows.
- Collaborate closely with the CEO and a small engineering and product team to turn ideas into live features fast.
- Use AI tools to boost productivity and streamline documentation for future teammates.
- Participate in sprint planning, daily standups, and roadmap development.
- Own your work from ideation to shipping to iteration.
- A builder who ships fast, tests, learns, and improves relentlessly. Someone who likes taking ownership of their own work and takes pride in what they do.
- Someone confident across the stack — front-end, backend, architecture, Dev Ops.

- A curious technologist who views AI as a force multiplier.
- 2+ years of full-stack engineering experience in fast-moving environments.
- Proficiency in Postgre
SQL, Next.js, Type Script, React, Node.js, and related frameworks. - Preferred experience building mobile apps.
- Familiarity with backend and front-end architectures.
- Available to work onsite in NYC full-time and authorized to work in the U.S.
- Bonus:
Experience in telehealth, healthtech, or regulated software systems.
