Salary: $160,000 – $200,000 + Equity

• Build and scale core products across web and mobile platforms—used by both end-users and business partners

• Collaborate closely with the CTO and Director of Engineering to influence product direction and architecture decisions

• Own projects end-to-end: from design and architecture to implementation and testing

• Help shape a high-performance engineering culture in a startup environment

• Develop responsive, elegant user experiences and robust backend systems that power the platform

• Work with modern technologies including Type Script, React, React Native, and Python

• 2–5+ years of professional experience as a software engineer

• Solid foundation in either frontend or backend development (or full stack)

• Experience building scalable, user-friendly applications in production environments

• Strong communication skills and a proactive, product-minded approach

• Passion for startup environments and working in-person with a collaborative team

• Authorization to work in the U.S. is required (visa transfer/sponsorship is available for eligible candidates)

• Experience with mobile development using React Native

• Familiarity with technologies like machine learning, AI, computer vision, or location-based services

• Interest in or experience with predictive algorithms or real-time monitoring systems

• Prior experience working on operational platforms or marketplace products

• Competitive salary between $160,000 and $200,000
