Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Agentic AI Engineer with a passion for staying at the forefront of emerging technologies with an ability to quickly grasp complex scientific literature and thoughtfully implement innovative techniques in real‑world applications.
Deep enthusiasm for agentic AI and demonstrated expertise in applying it creatively and effectively across diverse domains.
Extensive technical breadth spanning frontend and backend development, large language models (LLMs), machine learning, retrieval‑augmented generation (RAG), and agentic AI solutions.
Proven experience designing, developing, integrating, deploying and maintaining sophisticated AI‑driven systems at scale.
Works in the area of Software Engineering, which encompasses the development, maintenance and optimization of software solutions or applications. Applies scientific methods to analyse and solve software engineering problems. Is responsible for the development and application of software engineering practice and knowledge, in research, design, development and maintenance. Requires exercise of original thought and judgement and the ability to supervise the technical and administrative work of other software engineers.
Builds skills and expertise of software engineering discipline to reach standard software engineer skills expectations for the applicable role, as defined in Professional Communities. Collaborates and acts as team player with other software engineers and stakeholders.
- Agentic AI Construction Building: agentic AI multinode decision models that include things like retrieval‑augmented generation (RAG), semantic search, state graphs, agentic memory, calling APIs.
- Agentic AI Guidance:
Adding guardrails, human in the loop, multiagent workflows, reflection, citing sources, response verification, and other methodologies to increase accuracy of agentic responses and prevent hallucinations. - Technology Stack
Experience:
building with Lang Chain, Lang Graph, Lang Smith, Google Gemini, OpenAI's API, OpenAI's Swarm Agents SDK, vector databases, fine tuning Sage Works Bed Rock, Docker. - AI‑Centered Coding Workflow
Experience:
conducting research, systems architecting, analyzing code, troubleshooting and writing code with LLMs, Cursor AI Copilot, etc. - Ability to Present Proof of Concepts:
Well front‑end, back‑end, devops experience to craft proof of concepts for agentic AI solutions.
- Strong knowledge of full‑stack development for AI‑driven applications.
- Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes and Dev Ops methodologies.
- Background in AI research and experimentation.
- Strong problem‑solving abilities and analytical thinking.
- Entrepreneurial and adaptable mindset in a fast‑paced environment.
- Excellent communication skills to convey AI‑driven insights to non‑technical stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in an agile team.
The base compensation range for this role in the posted location is: $100,000 to $130,000 / Yearly
