We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Full Stack Engineering Manager to play a pivotal role in the implementation of innovative technologies within Apollo Capital Solutions (ACS). ACS provides companies with centralized and efficient access to capital by supporting cross-platform origination, capital markets, and syndication.

The ideal candidate will be a hands-on, proficient programmer with excellent communication skills, capable of collaborating effectively with investment professionals. This individual will work closely with colleagues to build foundational infrastructure from the ground up, owning the full software development lifecycle and delivering high-quality solutions. The candidate must have a proven ability to adapt quickly, embrace new technologies, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
** Primary Responsibilities
*** Serve as a key member of the Investment Technology team, responsible for the full lifecycle of development tasks, including analyzing, designing, coding, and implementing business-related solutions and core architectural changes.
* Apply an Agile programming approach to deliver software within tight deadlines.
* Provide hands-on technical leadership across architecture, design, development, code reviews, quality assurance, observability, and product support.
* Define and execute the strategic vision for the Deal Cloud Deal Pipeline Management Platform.
* Collaborate with senior management and stakeholders to align the platform’s roadmap with business objectives.
* Support customizing the Salesforce Nex Gen CRM experience to their individual teams (DCM, ECM, Co-investments, Syndications) and building system features to improve their business processes such as opportunity management and reporting.
* Actively participate in design discussions, contribute to code reviews, and provide technical guidance to the team.
* Navigate changing priorities with agility and maintain a forward-thinking mindset when context switching.
* Build strong relationships with team members, fostering collaboration and effective communication to achieve successful outcomes.
* Use advanced problem-solving skills to assist peers in researching and selecting tools, frameworks, and products critical to supporting business initiatives.
** Qualifications & Experience
*** Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or another STEM field.
* A minimum of 15+ years of hands-on development experience, proficient in both scripting languages (e.g., Python) and object-oriented programming (e.g., Java, C++).
* ** Capital Markets/Investment Banking Technology expertise required**, with experience supporting or developing solutions for origination, syndication, and trading workflows.
* Expertise in cloud platforms such as
** AWS**,
** Azure**, or
** Google Cloud**, with experience building and deploying scalable solutions leveraging
** microservices architecture**.
* Strong proficiency in database technologies, including relational (SQL) and non-relational (No

SQL/NewSQL) databases, with the ability to optimize queries, write stored procedures, and manage data warehousing solutions.
* Demonstrated ability to build, deploy, and maintain high-throughput systems, with experience in messaging technologies like
** Kafka**.
* Hands-on experience with Dev Ops practices and tools, including
** CI/CD pipelines**,
** Docker**,
** Kubernetes**, and version control systems such as Git.
* A passion for clean, maintainable code, and a track record of delivering robust full-stack cloud-based applications.
