  Develop and iterate on an advanced Learning Management System that generates outcomes! Focus on seamless UX, adaptive learning, peer‑to‑peer engagement, gamification and motivational mechanisms.

• 6+ years of full‑stack engineering experience
• Eat, sleep and breathe at least one of part of our stack (React, Typescript, Ruby on Rails, Postgre
  
  SQL); you will learn the rest
• Relentlessly obsess over solving complex problems with cutting‑edge technology and willing to learn something new every day
• Find excitement in joining an early‑stage company and are not afraid of building something new

• Can take ownership of the whole development lifecycle (this means you are comfortable operating full‑stack)

• You have previous experience in a direct‑to‑consumer startup, especially within EdTech/Healthcare

New Hire Base Salary Bands:

• Engineer I – $127,000–$161,000
• Engineer II – $142,000–$180,000
• Senior I – $157,000–$198,000
• Senior II – $172,000–$218,000
• Staff I – $188,000–$238,000

Please note we do not have a bonus structure at this time so all cash compensation will come in the form of base salary. The total compensation package will also include our benefits package and an equity (ISOs) package.

Compensation for this role will fall within the pay range listed and will be determined based on job‑related factors including, but not limited to, skills, experience, qualifications as well as interview evaluation. Ranges are market‑dependent and may be modified in the future.
