We're looking for a Lead Engineer to shape our AI Clinical Navigator tool for clinicians.

We're well-funded, backed by top-tier VCs and seeking a Lead Fullstack Engineer to help shape the future of our AI Clinical Navigator Product. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in product-driven environments, loves prototyping, and is excited to work with cutting‑edge LLM and rules‑based systems in healthcare. Please note, this is a hybrid role, (3 days on‑site, 2 days remote).

What You’ll Do

As Lead Engineer, you’ll be at the helm of the clinician‑facing platform that brings advanced ML apps to life. You’ll:

• Develop, and refine our React/Node.js web application and manage our cloud infrastructure.
• Support a UX that enables data scientists to easily launch applications on our platform.
• Swiftly drive feature ideation, creation and release.
• Champion data protection and security, ensuring our application complies with industry regulations.
• Troubleshoot and optimize application performance, maintaining our reputation for excellence and reliability.
• Share your expertise and passion through code reviews, helping to elevate our team and our technology.

You’ll Thrive in This Role If You Have

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• 5+ years of fullstack experience in Type Script / Next.js or an equivalent framework. Familiarity with ML concepts, including libraries like OpenAI and Lang Chain.
• Strong problem‑solving skills, an eye for detail, and a team‑first mentality.
• Exceptional communication skills, with a knack for demystifying complex technical concepts.

Bonus Points For

• Familiarity with the ML libraries such as Lang Chain, Torch, Tensorflow, and Scikit‑Learn.
• Experience in healthcare, either in research or clinical settings is strongly desired.
• Proficiency in Docker or other containerization technologies.
• Familiarity with Agile development methodologies and fast‑paced startup life.
