• Proven track record of execution: 5+ years of hands‑on engineering experience building high‑scale/throughput systems or world‑class product.
• Craftsmanship in code: You take pride in shipping high‑quality and thoughtful features. Ability to debug and refactor complex code.
• Customer empathy: You deeply understand customer needs and translate them into intuitive solutions.
