Founded in 2021 by former Ethereum Foundation Solidity engineers, Spearbit tackles Web3 security challenges. Our founding team built the leading blockchain language and secured the largest smart contract, protecting over $160B in value.

We re building Cantina, the "Git Hub for Security", connecting security researchers with projects needing expertise. Our Cantina security platform has powered major competitions and serves the leading projects in Web 3. It currently supports collaborative security reviews, public and private security competitions, bug bounty programs, incident response, and AI code analyzer.

Similar to how cloud-security startups emerged previously, Cantina aims to be the definitive code-security platform for the future.

We’re looking for a Full Stack Engineer to help us design, build, and scale our core products. This is an opportunity to have a real impact on our technical direction and product roadmap while working alongside a team of builders who thrive on curiosity and collaboration.

We have multiple positions available and are open to a variety of experience levels, including recent graduates. What matters most is a strong foundation in software development, a willingness to learn quickly, and excitement about Web
3.

• Contribute to the developing, building and maintaining our web applications and backend services.
• Collaborate with designers, product managers and other engineers to create seamless user experiences.
• Write clean, maintainable and well-tested code across the stack.
• Participate in code reviews, architecture discussions and knowledge sharing.
• Stay up to date with emerging trends in web development and in our industry.

• Strong programming fundamentals (in JavaScript/Type Script, Python, Rust, or Go).
• Familiarity with frontend frameworks (React, Next.js, or similar).
• Experience with backend development (Node.js, Express, or similar).
• Understanding of databases (SQL and/or No
  
  SQL).
• Curiosity about blockchain, smart contracts and decentralized systems.
• A self-starter mindset, able to thrive in a fast-paced, ambiguous startup environment.
• Strong communication skills and collaborative spirit - this is critical as we are a global company!
• Prior startup, internship or project based experience is a plus.
