• You're joining at the perfect moment—post-PMF with enterprise customers already signed, but early enough that your equity actually matters and you'll own systems that scale 10x

You'll be a core member of our product engineering team, owning major features and systems end-to-end. You'll work across our entire stack—from our React/Type Script frontend to our Python/FastAPI backend and Postgre

SQL database—building the platform that powers job referrals, payments, and workflows for thousands of home services professionals.

• Agentic AI systems that intelligently route and match in real-time

• Mobile experiences built for users in the field

• Hands-on engineering leader & individual contributor with 5+ years of experience, including 2+ years directly managing engineering teams — ideally at fast-growing early-stage startups or as a founding/early engineer who stepped into leadership. Bonus if you've built teams at companies with marketplace dynamics, API-driven solutions, agentic routing workflows, or significant POS integrations
• Proven people manager: You've hired, developed, and retained engineers. You know how to set clear expectations, give direct feedback, and create an environment where strong engineers do their best work. You can translate company goals into a product roadmap and manage your team's execution against it
• Product design ownership:
  You've taken products from zero to one — scoping requirements, designing architecture, shipping MVPs, and iterating based on user feedback. You own the full lifecycle, not just execution
• AI-native builder: You've developed AI development systems and workflows that accelerate how your team ships. You use AI tools (Claude Code, Cursor, etc.) to multiply your team's output and your own work. You see automation as leverage and push your team to optimize AI tools to their full capacity
• Operate with grit, speed and obsession: You have the intensity to thrive in a high-velocity environment and the work ethic to "do what it takes" to build a transformational company — recognizing that true impact can require effort beyond 9–5 and a five-day week
• Systems thinker, customer-obsessed: You think in systems, obsess over the end customer, and aren't afraid to get into the weeds with users and code to deliver the tools they deserve
• Founder mentality: You've attempted to start your own company, been a founding team member, or operated with that level of ownership. You build like it's yours
