About the RoleWe’re seeking a Senior .NET/C# Developer with hands‑on Workday experience to design, build, and support integration solutions across enterprise systems. This role combines strong software engineering skills with functional knowledge of Workday, enabling you to deliver scalable, secure, and high‑quality solutions that support financial and HR operations.
Responsibilities- Lead solution design and architecture for Workday‑related integrations and downstream systems
- Develop, enhance, and maintain integration components using C#/.NET
- Support Workday Financials or HCM modules, including security administration
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure seamless data flow and system interoperability
- Troubleshoot and optimize integration performance, reliability, and scalability
- Contribute to best practices, documentation, and continuous improvement initiatives
- Hands‑on experience with Workday integrations
, APIs, or downstream system support - Familiarity with Workday Financials or HCM modules and Workday Security Administration
- Strong understanding of integration patterns, architecture, and system design
